Thank you for shopping with DRL Performance Auto Limited.

Shipping Rates

• Trinidad: TTD $35 flat-rate delivery nationwide.
• Tobago: TTD $50 flat-rate delivery nationwide.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Trinidad:
• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Tobago:
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Please note that the courier pickup day is not counted as a delivery day.

Example:
• Order placed Monday
• Courier pickup Tuesday
• Delivery timeframe begins Wednesday

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Upon Delivery

Our courier partners accept:
• LINX/Debit Card
• Credit Card

Cash payments are not accepted by the courier.

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they are available to receive their package.

If a delivery attempt fails because:
• The customer is unreachable,
• The customer refuses the package,
• The customer provides incorrect contact information,
• The customer is unavailable to receive the package,

the original delivery fee remains payable as courier charges are still incurred.

If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, the customer must:

  1. Pay the original delivery fee incurred by the failed delivery attempt;

  2. Pay the new delivery fee for the second shipment;

  3. Pay these delivery charges in advance via bank transfer or another approved payment method before the order is re-shipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you believe your shipment has been significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the matter.
