DRL Performance Auto Limited – Returns & Refunds Policy

At DRL Performance Auto Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be in original condition.
• Be unused and uninstalled.
• Include original packaging.
• Have no damage, dirt, grease, oil, markings, or excessive handling.
• Include all accessories, labels, and documentation originally supplied.

For engine oils, fluids, additives, and similar products:

• Containers must remain unopened.
• Factory seals must be intact and unbroken.

Return Request Process

Before returning any item, customers must first contact us and provide clear photographs showing:

• The product.
• The packaging.
• The condition of the item.
• Any issue being reported.

Return requests submitted without photographs may be delayed or declined.

Incorrect Items Supplied

If DRL Performance Auto Limited supplied the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

No restocking fee will apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photographs.

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customer Ordering Errors or Change of Mind

If the correct product was supplied but the customer:

• Ordered the wrong item,
• Changed their mind,
• No longer requires the item,

a return may be approved subject to inspection.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items generally cannot be returned:

• Opened oils, fluids, or additives.
• Used or installed parts.
• Special-order items.
• Products damaged after delivery.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
