Here we have a "mil-spec" engine harness that we put together for a customers modified Hilux. The power plant is Toyota 3sge engine that is found in the Altezza RS200. A 200hp, 2.0 liter rear wheel drive engine. Currently the engine is in naturally aspirated form, however its wired with turbo-charging in mind.
ECU Package: Haltech Elite 1500 Ecu & Fusebox, Haltech WB1 Wideband
Harness Spec: Its a concentric twisted engine harness with a firewall quick release bulkhead connector. Its also wrapped in Raychem DR25 loom to keep mud out of the harness and he does plan on taking this off-roading.
Drive By Wire Conversion via a Bosch electronic throttle body and pedal.
Full Compliment of sensors for engine protection via the Haltech; oil press, oil temperature, fuel pressure, coolant pressure.
